Then flatten and cut it to pieces – lil’ gyoza leaves
Small minced, dry shiitake, garlic, dry onions, pork
Shiso, ginger and a spoonful of the special blend
Sake, salt and bit of soy sauce, then mix it well
Wrap it together, throw in a pan and don’t forget the water when they glaze
